How many phones are in a Media Box?
The base kit is 5 real smartphones linked into a single control system. With a ready-made Media Box, we buy the phones, pick the USB hub and cables (they’re included in the price), and assemble the rig ourselves. The Synergy software is sold separately ($300).
Can I add more phones later?
Yes. You can scale up the number of devices: buy more phones and connect them yourself — gradually, as your needs grow.
Can I run several projects on one Media Box?
Yes. You split phones between projects in the software: for example, phones 1–2 work on project A, phones 3–4 on project B, and the fifth on project C. Each phone has its own accounts, content, and captions. In the same way, one Media Box can be split between client projects.
Do I need my own phones?
Not if you get a ready-made Media Box — we buy the phones. The price of $800–1200 for 5 devices depends on the current batch of phones, and we confirm the exact amount before you pay. Synergy software is sold separately ($300). If you already have phones and equipment, you can buy just the software ($300, launch price) or build the rig yourself: software + assembly guide ($400 + equipment).
Which platforms does Media Box work on?
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The main format is short vertical video: Reels, TikTok, Shorts. Support for Facebook and Threads is in development. Telegram, a website, a store, or a bot isn’t a posting platform — it’s the main destination you send your audience to. Learn more in the Platforms section.
Do I need experience to get started?
Not necessarily. The Turnkey package includes full training with a real mentor — in person or online: 7–10 days, 2–3 hours a day. We cover working with the software and Media Box, account warm-up, uploading content and captions, basic video editing, and monetization. If you need help after launch, you can add mentoring support to any package for $250 a month and renew it month by month. It’s help, not full management. And if you’d rather not figure it out yourself, order project management.
Is it safe for my accounts?
To be honest: no one can guarantee that an account will never face restrictions — and we don’t promise that. Every platform has its own rules, and you need to follow them. Media Box runs on real smartphones, each phone has its own accounts and its own warm-up, and in training we show you how to work carefully. Results depend on your product, niche, and content.
