Privacy policy
In plain language: what data we receive through the website, why we need it, where it is stored, and how to ask us to delete it.
Draft
This is a working draft of the policy. Before final publication, it must be reviewed by a lawyer and supplemented with the company’s details.
1. Who processes the data
The Media Box website is run by the Synergy Digital Group team (hereinafter — “we”). We decide what data to receive through the website and how to use it.
For any questions about your data, message us on Telegram: @founder_Synergy_D_Group.
2. What data we receive
Only the data you provide yourself in the “Get a quote” form:
- your name — so we know how to address you;
- a contact method — your Telegram username, phone number, or email, whichever you prefer;
- details about your project: what you are interested in, your niche, where to send the traffic (and a link, if you provide one), and how many devices;
- a description of your task — whatever you write yourself.
Along with your inquiry, we receive the address of the page it was sent from and the website language, so that we can reply to you in a language convenient for you.
Please do not include passwords, bank card details, or other sensitive information in your task description: it is not needed to find the right solution.
The website has no registration or user accounts. If you are just reading the website and do not submit the form, we do not receive your name or contact details. For the technical data seen by the services that keep the website running, see Section 8.
3. Purposes
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you by the method you chose.
- To clarify your task, find a suitable solution, and quote the price.
- To continue communicating about your inquiry if you decide to work with us.
We do not sell data from inquiries and do not use it for mailings without your consent.
4. How data is transferred and where it is stored
Your inquiry reaches us in one of two ways:
- Automatically. The form sends the inquiry to our handler on the Cloudflare platform (the Cloudflare Workers service). The handler immediately forwards it as a message to Telegram via our bot and does not store inquiries itself.
- Manually. If automatic sending is unavailable, the website copies the text of your inquiry, and you send it to us on Telegram yourself.
After that, the inquiry is stored in our Telegram correspondence. Only our team works with it.
Cloudflare and Telegram are third-party services with their own data processing rules; their servers may be located in other countries. For details, see the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Telegram.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the data from an inquiry for up to 90 days after our last communication about it. If you become our client, we keep it for as long as we work together. Your data can be deleted earlier at your request — see Section 6.
6. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
To do so, message us on Telegram: @founder_Synergy_D_Group.
7. What the website stores in your browser
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. There are currently no visitor counters (analytics) on the website — if any are added, we will update this page.
In your browser’s storage (localStorage), the website saves only its own settings:
- the selected website language —
mb-lang; - the website’s display theme, if it has been changed —
mb-theme; - a flag that the intro animation on the home page has already been shown (on your next visit it is shorter) —
mb-intro-seen-v2; - an internal setting for testing the language versions —
mb-geo-any(normally not used).
These entries remain on your device and are not sent anywhere. You can delete them in your browser settings by clearing the website’s data.
To choose a language on your first visit, the website checks your browser language and your device’s time zone. This happens right in your browser; nothing is transmitted anywhere or stored, except for the selected language.
8. Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The Manrope font is loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any web server, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your browser in the process. For details, see Google’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare and Telegram — when you submit an inquiry; see Section 4.
- The website’s hosting provider may keep standard technical logs: IP address, request time, page address, and browser information. These logs are needed to operate and protect the website.
- Social media. The website footer contains links to our pages on Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok. Until you follow a link, these services receive nothing about you from the website; once you follow it, their own rules apply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this text — for example, if analytics or new contact methods are added to the website. The current version is always available on this page, with the version date at the top.
10. Contact
